Our Corporate office blocks some traffic. What ips/url should I as be opened for being able to connect calls?
I can't install the desktop app
I can't install the desktop app, I guess maybe my computer is 32-bit Windows. Must the system be 64-bit?
Linux client freezes after interacting for a while
Installed Pop 6.0.3 rpm packaged on RHEL 8.3 and the client freezes and just shows a white box after pairing for a while. I have to kill the process to get it back up again, but it will eventually do this again. Let me know if there are any debugging steps I should take to provide more information.
App unresponsive during screen share & control
When sharing a specific portion of screen (on a side monitor), and the other party has control ... I'm unable to regain control, unable to stop screenshare, unable to end the call ... etc. The pop app mini controller is completely unresponsive, and the call is still live. Even apple's force quit option had no effect and I had to force restart the laptop. Using an m1 macbook with external monitor.
Share only part of screen or application
as someone with a screen that is 49 inches wide, it doesnt make sense to share that whole screen. Is there a way to only share application or a section of the screen?
There is a problem about changing languages.
I and my pair partner are using macbooks. Pop is working really well in normal situation. But if we change language to English from Korean, pop always dies. Please check this problem.
"Access Error" when trying to share screen on Ubuntu
Hi, I'm running PopOS, which is an Ubuntu-based distro (20.10) cat /etc/lsb-release DISTRIB_ID=Pop DISTRIB_RELEASE=20.10 DISTRIB_CODENAME=groovy DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Pop!_OS 20.10" When I try to share my screen, there's an exclamation mark over the Share Screen button and a tooltip that reads "Access error". The other person sees a blue screen with a spinner. They _can_ see me move around my cursor, can draw on my screen, etc. but no image. I assume there's some kind of permissions error accessing the display. I've tried running /usr/bin/screen-desktop with sudo to see if that would help but I get: [2252404:0306/172524.418612:FATAL:electron_main_delegate.cc(253)] Running as root without --no-sandbox is not supported. See https://crbug.com/638180. zsh: trace trap sudo /usr/bin/screen-desktop Screen version: v4.0.85 | v4.0.11 installed via the .deb package. How can I help troubleshoot? Thanks!
How do I know this is safe?
If I install this app on my Mac then it seems to me that I'm opening up my machine to several security exposures. How can I reassure myself that your product isn't a scam to introduce a security exposure? Thanks.
