Ability to blur the video background, so just the outline of the user is displayed, at home I don't really want to let other users see the children run around or the books in the bookcase or the untidy bedroom in the background

This can be easily accomplished by adding support for virtual webcams.

It's less distracting and might also lead to some bytes saved because of less details. But requires more processing power.
