sometimes the screenshare window suddenly turns into a massive chat window (and the screenshare disappears). you can click the close button on this new very large chat window, and it toggles chat in the particpants window.

sometimes the screenshare will recover, but often it's stuck forever as a chat window and we have to use a different screensharing app.
