We have a perpetual meeting room set up and a user which has been "is connecting..." for days. It happened when I closed pop when it was connecting.

Hello, I have the same problem with my account. I join the meeting room and there is my user infinitely connecting and me - being normally connected. I am able to participate in the call but it's very annoying having my phantom user always with me..! I have tried everything - signing out and signing in again, uninstalling and re-installing the app, checking the Activity Monitor to see if Pop processes are running after I close the app. Nothing seems to be working. I even joined in the browser (not through the desktop app) and I can still see my phantom user in the meeting room.
Please advise how to resolve this as it's annoying for me and my teammates. Thank you!!

Sorry about that! I just went into our database and found a user from 3 days ago that was incorrectly showing as connecting. This looks like a race condition in how we set/unset connection status, so if you see anything like this again, please let us know via the 😡 button after you leave the meeting (since that automatically includes the meeting ID).

Jakob Hedman: Ah, sorry, we didn't realize that 'infinitely connecting' meant that they were connecting from before. This should now be fixed in your room!
