Breaks after 30min call on Mac

Doesn't completely crash, just drops the call, and becomes unresponsive. Happens on every call.
Tried reinstalling it, didn't work.

Sorry about this! We released native M1 support on Oct 25th, although we've seen reports of the crash continuing after that. We're now testing macOS Monterey 12.1 Beta 3, which may fix the issue (we haven't reproduced a crash on that build yet). Separately, we also have a fix in the works.

J Sherwani (Pop Team): That's great to hear! I appreciate knowing the issue is on your radars and I'm looking forward to giving it a poke again soon.

Just dropping a note here to say that we're still consistently seeing call dropoffs that require app restarts, and not just on M1s.

Brian Guthrie: the crash was occurring in video encoding of the camera stream, and we've just pushed an update that uses a completely different encode pipeline which we believe should fix the issue. Please try the latest update and let me know if you encounter any crashes.

J Sherwani (Pop Team): Thanks J, will do.

Came here to confirm that on our small team we've been seeing more consistent crashes for several months on Macs and as a result have churned onto other products. I'd love to understand if this has been observed on Pop's end and if there's been any forward motion here.

Quick update: as of now, Pop appears to be rock-solid again on our M1 macs. From my standpoint, this is resolved.

Being the calling counter-party I can add one comment: it drops the call before 30 minutes IIRC.
