Block zooming on minipanel

On macOS ⌘-⇧-+ will zoom the meeting window and make the mic, video, leave meeting, etc... controls disappear. ⌘-⇧-0 or ⌘-⇧-- will fix it, but it likely either shouldn't crop when zoomed or disallow zooming.
