I am using the desktop on Mac just downloaded from your website.
After joining in a meeting, it showed up well at first, but exited without any information when "connecting" was shown

I've just deployed an update which is now live.
Since the app may not be launching properly, you may need to Force Quit it from Activity Monitor, and download the latest version manually from https://screen.so/download
If it still doesn't work, please try adding Screen to the list of apps inside System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accessibility, and making sure the checkbox is checked. See the image below.
Let me know if this fixes it. If not, let me know if the error's changed at all. Thanks, and I'm sorry about this!

The error msg is gone now. But I donot find any way to turn to main page from the accessibility page after setting it. Now it is stuck on the accessibility page. How to start meeting on the accessibility page?
I also started the app from app list, the exiting issue is still there.
I tried the same case on Windows 10, it worked well.

Perry: Can you share a screenshot of System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accessibility, showing that Screen is in the list and has its checkbox checked?

Could you try running the app via Terminal:
/Applications/Screen.app/Contents/MacOS/Screen
. If there's any crash report that comes out, let me know what it says. We have automated crash reporting set up but for some reason I'm unable to see exactly which issue you're hitting. Also, what OS version are you on? Thanks!

When I ran with it in the location, new error popped up as below and the app was stuck at the page "Accessability setup" after I set it and I cannot close it:

This error originated either by throwing inside of an async function without a catch block, or by rejecting a promise which was not handled with .catch(). The promise rejected with the reason:
