Zooming/panning on superwide displays

A coworker has a superwide display. I don't.
Screen will show their display so it fits within my display, meaning text is too small to read.
Some sort of zooming/panning support would be very helpful.
Tuple is (only) slightly better in this regard: With some fiddling, I can at least manage to resize the shared-screen window to be the full height of my display, so I can kind of use it by manually panning as needed.

We now support sharing only a part of a screen from the host, and also zoom + pan from the guest side!

I would love to have a proper screen-cropping feature for exactly the same reason!
I have worked with Zoom in this regard but this was rather frustrating since the cropping window seemed to draw input focus from applications when switching between them.
Right now I'm manually switching to a 16:9 resolution so my co-workers can actually see what I'm typing. But that's a pain as well.
J Sherwani (Pop Team) you guys would be my real (screen)heroes when you can get it to work properly! Nevertheless, I love what you build so far already :)

This is on our immediate roadmap and is something we should within the next few weeks.

Alternatively, Zoom has functionality that allows you to adjust how much of the screen is being shared on the computer that is sharing.
