Host completely lost ability to use keyboard/mouse. Had to CTRL-ALT-DEL to get control back to open Task Manager and kill Screen. After restart, and rejoin same meeting, everything was fine.

We've updated Screen to v3 today, which should fix most of the known issues in the previous v2 builds. Please update to v3 via Settings, and if you see this issue again, please create a new post.

Getting lots of Host mouse disturbances and then sometimes the competely crazy bug: https://support.screen.so/bugs/p/windows-mouse-goes-crazy-randomly
Win10 Host + Win10 Guest
Guest frequently switches between Screen and other apps, as well as in/out of annotation mode, if this is a clue

Mac client and Windows host.
When task manager or a VMware Workstation session was clicked into by guest both the host and guest lost keyboard/mouse control.

Jeremy J: This is likely related to elevated permissions. We will look into adding the ability to automatically launch Screen with elevated permissions. In the meantime, does running Screen as Administrator solve this problem?

[Windows] Mouse jitter after sharing screen with loss of control

My father (windows 10) shared his screen with me (macOS).
Everything seemed to be fine, until his computer (windows 10) froze, except for his mouse was tweaking out by quickly moving around within a 3 inch area.
He then had to power cycle his computer. This happened twice before we gave up.
Something that happened both times was we switched quickly back and forth between me and him controlling his computer.

If you even have a sense of what was happening around the time you saw this, that would help us try to isolate what may be causing this.

We're still seeing this problem, though it doesn't happen all the time, and we haven't figured out how to reliably duplicate it.
