Added someone as a contact on pop
They called me
I clicked accept
I'm now on a call with them, can hear, see them fine but I hear the pop ringtone constantly playing!
Restarting pop is the only way to get rid of it

Hey, sorry this is an intermittent issue so it's hard to say how to reproduce. I think closing it is fine as I haven't experienced it for a while now.
