We've updated Screen to v3 today, which should fix most of the known issues in the previous v2 builds. Please update to v3 via Settings, and if you see this issue again, please create a new post.

We've just pushed out v2.1 a few minutes ago (https://screen.canny.io/changelog/screen-v21) that should fix this, and should generally improve CPU usage as well. Nick Minutello & Amadou Crookes, let me know if you see the issue again with the new update. Thanks!

Sometimes when someone else has been sharing their screen for a while it goes black with they avatar in the middle of the screen. I can still see their mouse moving around but can't see their screen

I had about 4-5 today in a 1.5 hr meeting. It was a 3-way meeting. Some of the screen-freezes were quite short - two required the host to stop/start screen share.
