[Linux] RPM installation fails on Red Hat 6.x

When trying to install the latest rpm on Red Hat 6, I get the following error:
$ yum install screen-desktop-3.1.0-1.x86_64.rpm
Loaded plugins: langpacks, product-id, search-disabled-repos, subscription-manager
Examining screen-desktop-3.1.0-1.x86_64.rpm: screen-desktop-3.1.0-1.x86_64
Marking screen-desktop-3.1.0-1.x86_64.rpm to be installed
