Linux client requires 2 others to be connected before it can connect

We're a small team. Two Mac users and a Linux user.
Mac to Mac is fine for 2 person communication.
Linux to Mac doesn't work between either Mac party and the Linux party.
Linux can connect to a call if both Macs are already on that call and will drop if one of the Macs leaves.
We've also tried the Linux client through the web.

This should now be fixed. We had an issue with our Australia coturn server, and our region test was down without us realizing it. We're looking into both issues but in the meantime have launched a new server that should fix the issue. Please confirm if everything is working again.

J Sherwani (Pop Team): Yep, everything is working again and we're good to go. Thanks.

It sounds like the Linux user isn't able to make peer-to-peer connections. Could we do a live debug session to figure this out with the Linux user? Please find a time via https://calendly.com/j-pop/debug-session — thanks!

J Sherwani (Pop Team): Sure, I've set up a meeting for tomorrow noon NZ time. Thanks.
