[Linux] Cannot cancel screen share (esc key)
complete

When I click the screen share button, my screen shows an overlay with the option "Click to share screen. Esc to cancel" However, when I click Esc, the overlay stays over whichever screen my mouse moves to until I log out of the meeting.
I think the key does actually cancel the attempt to share because subsequent clicking on the screen does not initiate sharing. It's just that the overlay never gets removed.
Also, attempting to share again while the overlay is still up doesn't work either.

Esc also does not end a screenshare on Mac OSX, not sure if this is intended behavior or not but it would be great to have a 1-click stop share button

Experienced the same behavior today, and reproducible every time. Windows 10 version 1909.

Still having this problem on 5/21/2020. When I accidentally start a sharing request (by using Ctrl-Shift-S, which is a common command in the IDE we use), I'm unable to cancel it with the ESC key, or do anything else until I follow through with sharing a screen and then un-share.

Still having this problem 2/5/2021. Tried to share but was unable, and then couldn't cancel with the ESC key. Had to manually toggle it off in the control panel.
