We've updated Screen to v3 today, which should fix most of the known issues in the previous v2 builds. Please update to v3 via Settings, and if you see this issue again, please create a new post.

Audio issues with changing / remembering devices

OS: Mac
Headset: USB Jabra noise-canceling
Version 1.0.20
My Screen audio settings are set to my USB Jabra headset. Whenever someone leaves or joins any meeting (or if I join a meeting), my USB Jabra headset remains the "selected" headphones and mic, but the input and output switch over to my laptop's internal options. To resolve, I have to open settings and deselect my Jabra headset, save, and then open settings again and re-select my Jabra headset.

Audio output device doesn't work by default

Whenever I join a screen session, the audio does not work by default.
I need to enter my settings and change my output device from the default one to something else, click ok, and then change back to the default one and click ok again, and _then_ the audio will start working.
However, whenever any other person joins the session, the same thing happens again. My audio just disappears, and I need to do the same dance in the settings to be able to hear anyone else.
I don't have any issues with the mic, than one works without me having to f iddle around with the settings.
I've installed Screen using snap on Ubuntu 20.04.

Could you switch to the .deb/.rpm to see if that fixes it?

When using airpods I notice that I need to restart Screen.app to get microphone working again after taking a break.
Repo:
- Connect airpods to computer
- Start a meeting
- Put airpods in the case
- Put airpods back in you ears
- > Mic not working

MacOS audio settings not respected

On MacOS Catalina, v1.0.49|v1.0.16, changing my audio output device made no difference - I couldn't get Screen to use my headphones plugged into my 2015 MBP 3.5mm socket, and instead it insisted on using the Dell USB soundbar. The select box showed that I'd selected the built-in output.
